Email →Bryan holds an Honours Degree in Law from the Queensland Institute of Technology. He was admitted in 1987 to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a Solicitor and as a Solicitor and Barrister of the National Court of Papua New Guinea.
He is a former Managing Partner of a PNG law firm that operated across Port Moresby, Lae and Mount Hagen. He has advised and consulted on major commercial, corporate, infrastructure, property development and cross-border matters across Papua New Guinea, Australia and Thailand, including for trading businesses, group companies and subsidiary structures.
His mandates have included major bank refinancings, logistics joint venture arrangements, development and property structuring, public-private partnerships and government-appointed negotiations for large-scale housing delivery.
Bryan works closely with clients to achieve their objectives through practical, commercially grounded advice and solutions.
